Hi, I’m the heart behind Second Bloom.
I’m a first time mum to a beautiful baby girl and like many parents, I found myself surrounded by pretty little pieces ready to be loved deeply, but that were worn only briefly. So I began thrifting her clothing and was amazed at the quality - all still full of life, waiting for another little person to grow into them.
I created Second Bloom to make second-hand shopping feel easy as well as affordable. Through my adventures I noticed it took a lot of time to riffle through everything to find what would suit our needs. I wanted to make a place where growing families can shop more intentionally, easily and affordably without sacrificing warmth, quality, or style.
I ensure every piece is carefully chosen, quality checked, cleaned, and prepared with love before finding its next home.
My hope is that Second Bloom becomes more than just a shop - that it feels like a community built around slower living, conscious choices, and sharing what we already have.
